We LOVE new students!

Create an account, pay, and reserve so your spot is guaranteed.
Arrive a few minutes early for your first class. We open 10 min before class.
Socks are required. We sell sticky socks if you need a pair.
Bring a hand towel if you tend to sweat a lot.
Wear comfortable workout clothes.
Phones are not allowed in class, leave in your locker.
Water only in class.
All other equipment is provided.
We have two changing rooms with an area to freshen up (no showers).
